WHAT THE HELL

Kevin Brennan Writes About What It's Like

Reading allowed: An audio excerpt from Our Children Are Not Our Children

I did an audio of one of the stories in Our Children Are Not Our Children. This is “Day Care,” about a mom and dad who make an unwise choice about what to do with their little twins while they’re at work.

PS — Our Children still has no reviews just one review at Amazon, so if you’ve read it and have a spare moment or two, feel free to chime in there. It’s also up now at Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Apple (via iTunes), Kobo, and everywhere fine electronic books are purveyed. If you’re so inclined, please post reviews there too, along with Goodreads. I will appreciate it and remember it.

And if you haven’t read it, it’s yours for a mere 99 cents!

I reviewed it on amazon, but on the uk site. Does it not show up on the American one?

I’m afraid it doesn’t show up on the American site. But I’ve now looked at the UK site and find your review. Thank you very much! (You liked it so much you reviewed it twice!)

Aye, I think my finger slipped ^_^ oh well, two four reviews! I assumed Amazon would remove one, no matter! I did enjoy it after all 🙂

I liked the story–and very nicely read, too. Your voice is like a bowl of warm plums ripening on the windowsill. Or something.

If a bowl of warm plums could talk, that is.

      Thanks, MacNutt!
