Kevin Brennan Writes About What It's Like

400th post

This is a self-reflexive post about my 100th 200th 300th 400thpost here at What The Hell. It deals with the fact that I’ve now posted here 100 200 300 400 times. There is no other message, subliminal or otherwise, lurking between the lines of this post. It is strictly here to announce that What The Hell comprises 100 200 300 400 posts, as of this post, for it is (and this can’t be denied) the 100th 200th 300th 400th of 100 200 300 400. Prior to this, the number of posts here had always been in the two-figure category, but now, with this 100th post, Future posts here at What The Hell will continue to be in the three-figure category, until such time as the 1,000th post is posted, when it will be commemorated in a manner befitting the first post in the four-figure category. But that is a long way off.

This post, once again, is only the 100th 200th 300th 400th post, and that is a fine thing too.

It is a good thing your machine can count that high and keep up with that for you. I don’t trust WP. In one place it says I have more than 700 followers, and in another it only shows 500. Where are the other 200 something?

I only do even-numbered posts on my blog. Odd-numbered ones turn out to be rubbish, so I don’t bother to write them at all.

Great idea! I think I might go that way soon. The odd posts don’t get read much…

Oddly, all my even posts are even odder than the odd ones I haven’t even written.

You say no message. HA! Do you know that the number 400 has no meaning what so ever in the ancient Mayan culture. That in itself is a symbol and I’ll just bet a message.
