Kevin Brennan Writes About What It's Like
From now on (or at least for the foreseeable future), Our Children Are Not Our Children will be free at all the non-Amazon outlets. I’d make it free at Amazon too, but they won’t let me, so it still costs 99 cents there. You could pay a buck for it as a gratuity, I suppose…
Anyway, via Barnes & Noble, Kobo, iTunes, and Smashwords, OCANOC is now yours for the taking.
Meanwhile, now that the promotion is over, Yesterday Road is jumping up to $4.99 at all outlets. I think it’s worth a fiver, don’t you?
Who knows what the magical price point is for indies? Nobody, is what I think. You go too low, and people think it could be crappy; too high and they wonder who you think you are. Maybe $4.99 is a happy medium.
Time will tell!
