Kevin Brennan Writes About What It's Like

Little known facts about Kevin Brennan

Say, I’ll bet you didn’t know that I was a blogger long before What The Hell came along. Yes, and it was a political blog called “Brother Kenya’s Paradigm.”

(I still claim that awesome moniker and no one else may have it!)

For a little over a year, back in ’05-’06, I pontificated on the Bush administration, mainly — there was a lot to comment on in those days — but also on a variety of issues that gnawed at my craw.

I’m away today, so if you’re of a mind, pop on over to the archives of BKP and see if you recognize me. (And don’t be fooled by the writer Gunga Dan. He interloped at some point and took over. I was helpless to prevent it, but we remain friends to this day.)

UPDATE: Alas, after Eric told me he couldn’t get the links to work, I tried to troubleshoot and found — I think — that the old blog is no longer accessible to the outside world. Too bad, because there’s some good stuff there. Anyway, I still get credit for the pun, which was what it was all about anyway.

Why am I not surprised you had a lot to say about Bush. Not too much these days about Obama though.

You have to admit that Gwibby (as I used to call Bush Jr.) was a treasure trove of material for bloggers. And if this were a political blog, I’d have plenty to say about Obama, though likely not what you’d expect. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Those links won’t open for me. I can only assume your were heaping praise upon the Cheney administration.

Darn. My laser-sharp satire is lost forever.

Sometimes I wonder if Cheney is still in charge…
