This is pretty much full-time these days. Nip is roughly 133 years old in human years now, and she’s decided to spend the last period of her life in this box. I parked it in a sun room overlooking our deck, so she can watch birds and catch some rays, but she mainly uses it for shuteye. If she doesn’t get 23.4 hours a day, she’s good for nothing.
Some may say it’s not fair to draw people in with a cat picture, but I say you can never go wrong with animals on the ‘nets.
This cranky lil critter may be ancient, but she’s riding a strong second wind these days.
I think you’re a great cat dad!
Awww! I try…I try. π
I have two ferals. They are 91 in human years, but I wish they could live forever.
That’s the tough thing about these lil guys. They get inside your π and then take off…
Just lost my Silky Terrier and am still a mess
Sorry to hear that, John. They mean a lot to us…
Hmmm. You cat is a metaphor for consumer culture.
Yes. We all seek a big box to satisfy our needs.
From Amazon, specifically.
My cats love boxes too and paper bags. All the money I spend on pet toys and it’s the stupid Amazon boxes that they will actually play in π Make the most of that one hour a day that she’s awake.
Yes, we relish her awake time. And no, I haven’t bought a cat toy in about 15 years… π
Oh,and while she may be ancient, she is still a beauty.
Awww. Thanks. I have to clean out her eye goop though…
Aww. Ours lived in a Videotron (local tv/internet provider) box for a long while π
They do love the simple pleasures, don’t they? π
