Kevin Brennan Writes About What It's Like

Quest love

If you’re like me, you think life isn’t fair for lots of reasons but perhaps mostly because there was only one season of Jonny Quest.

A man named Roger D. Evans has recreated JQ‘s opening titles with stop-motion animation using actions figures I am aching to have.

Watch it, and be reminded that JQ has the coolest theme music in all of television, ever.

Wow, I never watched that one. Maybe I was too old at the time … Not sure what I was doing on Saturday mornings, but it was that. šŸ˜œ

Land of the Lost was a classic in all its glory. It was the highest moment in TV history and it’s been all downhill since.

OK. Maybe not. That time when you could watch Hill Street Blues and St. Elsewhere and Cheers for a few years. That was the peak. But Land of the Lost was a close second.

I loved that show, especially Bandit.

Ha. Lil ol’ Bandit. Seems like he was always having to be rescued.

Heck, I didn’t even know! I was still in the happy world of the 1960s cartoon

I wish they’d bring it back. I’d love to see it again, but hearing the music was pretty good too!

Would love to see the animation opening again. The figures were okay but lost a little of the personality.
