Kevin Brennan Writes About What It's Like
I have relatives who are Nookies rather than Kindlers. (All right, it’s my mom and sister.) My old Nook looks and feels like it came from the Soviet Union in 1972, so in my mind the Nook seems a little behind the curve. But a lot of people have them and that means a lot of people have (heretofore) not been able to read Fascination because I couldn’t get the file to work on my Nook.
Well, I’m happy to announce that I’ve cracked the code! If you have a Nook, you can now buy Fascination with the confidence that you’ll actually be able to read it.
The only trick to it is that you have to set your font size to “small.” I don’t know why, but this is the only setting that retains the page layouts as I designed them. Going larger, or smaller for that matter, totally whacks out the way the Nook handles the file. So you have to think “small.”
As always, I’m happy to work with anyone who buys the book to make sure it gets onto their e-reader successfully.
So. Nook readers: Buy Fascination!
