My new novel, The Prospect, will be available for download in three weeks, and I’m jazzed today to announce that I’ve landed an EReader News Today promo for it!
If you want to grab the book for 99 cents and help push the numbers that day, buy your copy on May 2. With the nudge from ENT, we might be able to get this little tale onto the bestselling fiction charts.
And again, if you’d like a crack at reading the book before May 2 so you can post a review with the launch, pre-order it now and hit me up for an advance copy. It’s a breezy read, so I think some of you fiction omnivores out there can pull it off in that time frame.
Meanwhile, I’m working on the paperback this week and hope to have it ready to roll by May 1st as well. I’ll keep you posted.
Here’s a little taste:
Around eight in the morning we passed blithely through Blythe, California, a ragged ridge of mountains before us like a barricade. We barreled right through them. I let Jo drive for a spell as the anxiety of the past couple of days overtook me and I had to nap myself into the present. Because it was the present now. Jo was actually doing this, and I was her caretaker. It was probably the most important job I’d ever had.
Pre-order The Prospect today, or pile on when May 2 rolls around. Let’s play ball!
Hope you have better luck with ENT than I had with The Dime.
Yeah, it seems like the good ol’ days are long gone. I bet ENT subscribers have evolved to devour the free books over the 99-centers. Oh well.
It didn’t help that my book was about ten books down on the daily list.
I’m so tired of “luck of the draw.” 😡
Seems to be the definition of success for indies.
